The other day I got a really unnecessary email from someone who played the game.
They said that I take too long to release versions, and that other game developers have been releasing way more rapidly than I.
Now, I can’t deny or confirm that, seeing as though I don’t really stay in the game developing loop as I should be.
That’s what I wanted to talk about.
Not sure If other games have a development team like Reborn does, but I just wanted to say that the person working on this game has been one person. Me.
Now that’s not to say I haven’t gotten help/resources/codes from other people. I have those delightful people listed in the credits.
However, when you get to the nitty gritty and to the center of the damn tootsie pop, I have been doing most of the job, and have been doing most of the job.
This has been my first project making a game. period.
The game is taking extra long because I’m currently learning as I go on.
I’m not going to just slap that on as an excuse to get me out of my laziness. It’s true, I have been lazy at times, but everyone deserves that luxury, no?
Tl:Dr, I can only do so much as one person. However, I’m not going to let that fact keep me down. I’ll continue to work at my own pace to bring a fun, but challenging experience to Veteran, and hopefully new trainers.
